Hayley Howe

Owner and Attorney

I serve Minnesota's St. Croix Valley area and beyond providing both transactional and litigation services to small businesses, startups, and nonprofits as well as individuals in their life and legacy planning.

I grew up in the St. Croix Valley and after studying ballet at a pre-professional level in Chicago, I returned to the Twin Cities where my first-hand experience in matters spanning estate planning, probate administration and asset tracing, elder abuse, and criminal law began in my own family in 2013, and inspired me to specialize in estate planning and probate litigation. When I went on to law school I earned Dean’s Awards for my understanding of federal securities regulation and appellate advocacy, served as a Law Review Senior Editor and President of the Federalist Society student chapter, and worked for the Washington and Hennepin County Attorney’s Offices on complex crimes, appeals, and drug and property crimes; as well as in the private sector in family law, estate planning, personal injury, and criminal defense.

I started my law practice in November 2021 and enjoy running my own business and serving my community.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my pets; I have also begun studying Norwegian. My Christian faith is of great importance to me.
